Frequently asked questions
Can I try Premium for Free?
Yes, if you are eligible for a free trial. Free trial eligibility is determined at login. If you'd like to explore the features of our Premium subscription plan, you can try Premium for free for 10 days. You'll have to input a credit card number to get the free trial. Your free trial will convert to a paid subscription and your card will be charged 10 days after you redeemed the free trial. In order to avoid getting charged for the next billing period, you need to cancel at least one day before the billing date listed here. If you've already used a free premium trial, you won't be eligible to try any other Premium subscriptions for free.
Can I cancel my subscription later on?
You can cancel anytime if you are anything less than completely satisfied by going to the "Premium" tab on your Settings page and toggling off the Automatic Renewal option. If you disable the Auto Renew, all your Premium features will expire at the end of your billing cycle and you won’t be charged again. When you decide to cancel completely (not the same as toggling off the Automatic Renewal option), you will lose your Premium features immediately.
How will you bill me?
We offer both monthly and annual billing. Depending on what option you choose, your membership will be renewed at the end of each month or at the end of each year. If you choose to pay annually, you’ll save up to 16% compared to paying monthly.
What is your refund policy?
Doft does not offer refunds as noted in our terms of use. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we don't provide refunds on any fees or charges for Premium and pay-per-click products, including partially used periods and bank/merchant fees.
